A lead is only billed when the following seven criteria are met.
- Valid phone or e-mail
- Country active on AssurMatch
- Product active on AssurMatch
- Visitor consent collected
- Request not a duplicate
- Broker assigned to the request
- Minimum information complete
A lead that does not meet every one of these seven criteria is never billed.
What no plan includes
- Premium collection: not available.
- Commission on a premium: not available.
- Electronic contract signature: not available in this version.
- Policy or certificate issuance: not available in this version.
